Information of the Research Study

Across Canada, educational strategies for hospice nursing staff education (e.g., onboarding, mentorship, simulation, professional development courses) are highly variable, and there is limited national evidence on what helps or hinders their implementation at the organizational level. This study explores how these educational strategies for hospice nursing staff education are implemented, what facilitators and barriers leaders encounter, and how factors such as leadership, time and resources, workflows, rural/remote context, and organizational culture shape adoption, fit, fidelity, and sustainment.

If you want to be a part of this research study, you should understand what is involved and the potential risks and benefits. The following gives detailed information about the research study.
