The Office of the Federal Ombudsperson for Victims of Crime is examining the use and impact of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality agreements (CAs) as a potential systemic issue.
You can submit an anonymous complaint if you have been affected by an NDA or CA related to a criminal offence, including any form of physical or sexual violence, human trafficking, or criminal harassment.
If you signed an NDA or CA that prohibits disclosure of information, please do not provide that information. To ensure anonymity is maintained for all submissions, please refrain from sharing any information that could identify yourself or another person or party.
