* 1. This short survey aims to optimize the service availability hours for Prince George campus to align more closely with the student needs and usage patterns.

It should take around 3 minutes to complete.

The collection of any personal information you provide is permitted in compliance with section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA). Any information that you provide by answering the short survey questions will be used on an aggregated (not individually identifiable) basis for analysis and reporting and will be provided anonymously.
