District of Central Saanich Targeted Land-Use Bylaw Updates

10% of survey complete.
To support businesses and reflect community feedback and the Official Community Plan, the District of Central Saanich is looking at how best to encourage economic activity in Keating Business District. This could include updating the Official Community Plan (OCP) and Land Use Bylaw (LUB) to better support local commercial and industrial landowners and enhance land use policies in key areas of the community.

During the recent OCP Review, supporting and enhancing the Keating Business District (KBD) was a key priority. The OCP policies sought to review the allowable building height, the mix of permitted land uses, and if residential development fits within the industrial area.

With your help, we would like to get feedback on how OCP policies and industrial zoning for the Keating Business District can be improved.
