Thank you for offering to share your feedback on the Maturity Model for Public Participation developed by Simon Fraser University’s Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue!

This developmental tool was designed to support governments and organizations to assess and enhance their public participation practices and the meaningful integration of public participation in decision-making. It was developed in collaboration with the Open Government Team of Canada’s Treasury Board Secretariat, with input from leading public participation practitioners in Canada and abroad.

The Maturity Model has been published as a “Beta” version as we believe the best way to understand the levers for organizational change and core standards of quality public participation is to listen and learn from real-world organizations. Sharing your organization’s experience and feedback below will help us strengthen future iterations of this framework and develop supplementary tools.

Answers will be collected anonymously unless you choose to share your information below in order to be contacted by our team to learn more. You are also welcome to get in touch directly with project lead Nicole Armos at narmos@sfu.ca
