Filing a complaint is the way for community members to notify SEPH of conditions or behaviours occurring in the community that violate the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017.
Reporting an incident is the way for staff of schools, long-term care homes, and hospitals to notify SEPH of smoking and vaping related incidents occurring on those properties.
