The DuMont Oncology Research Fund Award is provided for a one-year duration (or time remaining in your program – if less than one full academic year). However, a graduate student is eligible to reapply in subsequent years if funding is available. Graduate students can hold the award for a maximum of 3 years for all of their graduate studies at the WCVM. The award is contingent on the awardee maintaining a good standing with the College of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies..
All awardees must submit a progress report at the end of the award each year. This progress report could take the form of an article for Vet Topics. Progress reports must be submitted by June 15.
