4. This program requires a time investment of 2 full day in-person workshops per month from October to April 2027. Additionally, there are extra program elements (e.g., assignment, self-reflections, pre-readings, small group meetings). In-person attendance at the Burnaby campus is required (there are no virtual options).

We will communicate specific dates at the time of offers. Offers will be made roughly 6 weeks before the program launch (October). Outside of extenuating circumstances, it is mandatory that participants attend all sessions and complete all program components.

For the success of participants, supervisor support is essential.
