2026 Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Thank you for taking our survey!

We appreciate you taking a few minutes to help us make our communities better. We want to hear about your experiences renting with CCOC to help us understand what we are doing well and what we can improve on. Your responses will also help us assess whether we are meeting the goals set out in our strategic plan.

This is an anonymous survey. Information about your identity will not be connected to your CCOC tenant file and will not affect your tenancy in any way. This survey is administered by a separate department from the one that administers your tenant file. We will not attempt to identify tenants based on the results, unless your answers present a safety concern, i.e., threats to yourself or others.

We are unable to follow up on specific unit/tenant requests written here. If you would like us to follow up with you about an issue, please get in touch with our service desk and let us know! The desk can be reached at 613-234-4065 ext. 0 or at info@ccochousing.org.

The survey will take about 20 minutes of your time.

Please fill out this survey and mail it back to our office in the enclosed envelope. You can also drop it off in the drop box at the entrance to our office at 415 Gilmour St., suite 200.
