2.Une lettre (ou un courriel imprimé) de la professeure ou du professeur mentor de l’établissement du Bade-Wurtemberg dans laquelle il déclare vouloir accueillir la personne candidate

3. Une lettre de soutien à la candidature d’une professeure ou d’un professeur de l’Université rattaché au département ou au programme d’origine de la personne candidate

4. Un énoncé d’intérêt

5. Relevés de notes de tous les établissements post-secondaires fréquentés par la personne candidate.

Interested Applicants should submit the following to IREX@uOttawa.ca:

1. IREX Application form (this document).

2. Letter (or print-out of an e-mail) from the mentor professor at the Bade-Wurtemberg institution in stating that they are willing to host the applicant.

3. Letter of Nomination from University of Ottawa professor from home academic program.

4. A statement of interest.

5. Academic transcript(s) of all post-secondary institutions attended.
