SFU Early Career Faculty Mentorship Pilot Program: 2026 Mentors Intake Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Mentorship Pilot Program! The goal of this program is to offer a more coordinated and centrally supported one-on-one mentorship program that provides easier access to resources, information and to develop relationships across the university. This pilot is open to teaching faculty, research faculty, and librarians.

Mentors and mentees participation is voluntary and both parties can request to end the mentorship at any time. The initial commitment for the mentorship program is two years.

The deadline to submit the form is the end of the day on June 30th.
