Application Process:

  1. Survey Monkey Form
  2. 1-2 minute unedited video of yourself and upload to YouTube following one of the below prompts (dress code: casual)
    • You discover an elephant has mysteriously appeared in your backyard overnight. What would you do with it?
    • If you could instantly swap lives with any fictional character for a day, who would it be and why?
    • What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received, and how has it shaped you?
    • You get a 30-second ad slot during the Super Bowl that the entire world will see. What do you say or do with that time?
    • You open your fridge and discover a secret portal to another world, but you can only bring three things with you. What are they, and why?
  3. Please upload your video to YouTube as an unlisted video and share the link at the end of this application

Please Note: There are no penalties for poor video or audio quality, provided that the recording quality of the video and audio submitted are both clear enough to understand. Videos recorded from laptops or smartphones are sufficient.
Successful applicants will be contacted by the end of day May 7 and invited to individual tryouts. The tryout process will consist of a case presentation and behavioural interview questions. Tryouts will take place between May 9th-May 16th.

Following success in individual tryouts, selected candidates will be invited to participate in our summer strategy camp, an extended group tryout and educational opportunity in the evening of (Session 1) Monday May 25th, (Session 2) Wednesday May 27st, (Session 3) Monday June 1st, (Session 4) Wednesday June 3rd, (Session 5) Sunday, June 7th. We anticipate extending offers for the competition team by mid June.
