The questions asked in this survey aim to determine whether you may be eligible for our study investigating a potential non-invasive treatment for endometriosis-associated pain (EAP). EAP is pain that persists after having surgery or medical treatment.

The information in this survey will be stored on the encrypted University of Ottawa MS 365 platform, and will only be accessible to the MFM Research Team. If you are not comfortable having your name and contact information associated with the pre-screening details being asked, or you simply would prefer to answer the questions on a telephone call, click below that you would like to be contacted about the project, and skip the questions to submit!
