The purpose of this survey is to assess what are the core material needs of Transgender people in the Ottawa Gatineau area, in order to establish the priorities of our assembly.

Survey eligibility:
You are a transgender or gender diverse person living at least part time in the Ottawa-Gatineau area.

How are we storing and using your data?
This survey is being issued through a University of Ottawa survey monkey account and will be periodically downloaded onto an encrypted usb stick and stored in a secure location, where the online data will then be wiped. Only the memebers of the OTMADA Survery Working Group will have access to the data and will secure wipe all data when analysis has been completed.
