Seasonal Garden Social - Fall 2026

You are warmly invited to our first Seasonal Garden Social of the academic year on

Tuesday September 22nd, 2026!

During this time we will listen to stories from witnesses who were present at the Indigenous Naming Ceremony; hear and say the names of the Indigenous Garden in Sḵwx̱wú7mesh sníchim and hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓; as well as take time out of our busy schedules to socialize and be in community with our colleagues, peers and nature relations.

Drop-in between 12:30 - 2:00pm!

You're also encouraged to bring your lunch and enjoy light refreshments hosted by the Office of Indigenous Education.

During the Garden Social we will also recognize National Day for Truth and Reconciliation; attendees are encouraged to wear an Orange Shirt.
